# How much does OpenWeb Ninja cost? Price per API request

On most OpenWeb Ninja services each call costs $0.003 ($0.03 per 10 requests), and ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Google AI Mode and EV Charge Finder cost $0.005 a call ($0.05 per 10 requests). There is no subscription: you call with the bearer credential that holds the Free plan or prepaid Credits, and the `zc-billing` response header shows each call's charge. The example search returns ten jobs in `data.jobs` and a `cursor` in `data`, and draws $0.003 from credit. A Real-Time LinkedIn Data call to `/realtime-linkedin-data/company-jobs?company=atlassian&num_pages=1` returns ten open jobs and the resolved LinkedIn company id, and draws $0.003. A Local Business Data call to `/local-business-data/search` for coffee shops in Austin with `limit=3` returns each business's id, address, rating and review count, and draws $0.003.

## What is charged and when

- **Plan required.** Every call draws on a plan.
  - A call with no credential gets `401 bearer_required`.
  - A credential without a covering plan gets `403 plan_required`, which lists the plans that cover the call.
- **Buying Credits.** You buy Credits with `POST https://agents.openwebninja.com/zcj/60o9f7iy1p7w/plans/{planId}/purchase` and an `amountUsd`. Take the plan id from the catalog. The storefront answers with one priced 402, the price quote, which you pay. Paying it accepts OpenWeb Ninja's terms and the platform's buyer terms.
- **Drawing down.** Calls draw down the balance, and unused funds stay as credit. When the balance runs out, calls get `usage_exhausted`. Top up with `POST https://agents.openwebninja.com/zcj/60o9f7iy1p7w/extend`.
- **Reading the charge.** On a plan-funded response, `zc-billing` carries `fundingSource`, `chargedUsd` and `remainingCreditUsd`. A delivered response without a `zc-billing` header billed nothing.
- **Temporary errors.** A `503` temporary error is not billed. Retry it.

### Does OpenWeb Ninja have a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan grants $0.15 of credit, once per human, with no payment. Calls on it are billed at the same rates as Credits. It needs a credential claimed with a verified email; see [auth.md](https://agents.openwebninja.com/zcj/60o9f7iy1p7w/auth.md).

### What does the JSearch API cost per request?

$0.003 a call ($0.03 per 10 requests). Real-Time LinkedIn Data, Real-Time Indeed Data and the other job services cost the same.

### Is there a monthly subscription?

No. The storefront's two plans are Free, a free trial, and Credits, prepaid credit that calls draw down. The minimum purchase is $0.50 on a wallet rail and $0.50 by card.

### Can a single call be paid on its own?
